HR Manager

Lear Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Gyor Plant in Hungary. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR Department, implementing HR programs, and ensuring compliance with statutory legal requirements. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, monitoring absenteeism, coordinating employee engagement programs, and controlling payroll data.

Requirements

• Develop and implement all HR Policies and Procedures
• Monitor absenteeism and turnover of employees
• Coordinate the implementation of the Employee Engagement Program
• Ensure all payroll actions are completed on time and control correctness of payroll data
• Control and monitor headcount
• Take full responsibility for the training and development of staff
• Work closely with HR GBS (Shared Service) and other central HR teams
