HR. Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing the HR function and effectively developing and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• 10+ years' experience in the human resources department
• Strong track record in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing process, onboarding, performance management process, and training
• Strong understanding of benefits & compensation, payroll, and other HR functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Demonstrated ability for employee development/coaching
• Strong ability to collaborate with team and with other areas to achieve common goals
