Job Description
The Job File Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the customer job file, including monitoring, tracking, coordinating, and auditing. This role involves creating initial estimates, backing up files, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The position requires strong communication and administrative skills.

- Monitor job file status

- Maintain job file WIPs
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed

- Review and validate initial field documentation
