Job Description
The Job File Coordinator will perform all job file coordination tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits. They'll create preliminary estimates, maintain job file backups, and handle general office duties like drafting correspondence and filing. The role involves maintaining communication and reporting on job files.
