Job Description
We're seeking a Director to join our Private Equity - Alternative Operations Team. The role will involve directing a Fund Accounting area, managing financial and human resources, and overseeing client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, 7-10 years of work experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred
- Proven ability to lead multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams and manage relationships with senior-level auditors and clients
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS rules, with experience developing policies to ensure regulatory compliance
