We're seeking a Senior Associate, Client Processing to join our Liquidity & Finance Platform team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact by leading complex client service and transactional support functions, partnering with internal teams, and utilizing AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and strengthen data quality and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of total work experience
- Hands-on experience with AI technology
- Strong understanding of cash processing and/or Demand Deposit Systems (DDS)
- Proven ability to manage complex operational tasks and uphold rigorous risk and control standards
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
