Senior Director, People Analytics

As a Senior Director, People Analytics at BNY, you'll lead the development of advanced data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, performance, and retention. You'll partner across multiple functions to translate data insights into actionable workforce strategies and drive scenario planning and workforce simulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a strategic data and analytics leader with a track record of leading data scientists and analytics teams.
• Strong product mindset with experience building or operating within a tiered service model and end-to-end data stack.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving AI integration to enhance data democratization and insights delivery.
• Proactive, collaborative, and experienced in partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including People Team, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Prior experience operating within a platform model preferred.
