Gong is seeking a Director of People Analytics to build and lead a strategic, enterprise-grade analytics function that drives measurable business impact. This leader will transform people data into actionable insights that improve retention, performance, workforce planning, and organizational health.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Data Strategy, or a related field
- 4+ years leading analytics teams
- Strong technical fluency across HRIS platforms, ATS systems, employee listening tools, and people analytics platforms
- Expertise in BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience developing predictive workforce models and advancing analytics maturity
- Deep understanding of organizational health, engagement analytics, and talent metrics
- Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, and HR data security frameworks
- Executive-level communication skills
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align analytics priorities with broader business strategy
