Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Specialist, Reconciliation to join BNY's Reconciliation Platform in Manchester, UK. In this role, you'll ensure data integrity, partner with Operations and Technology to deliver automation and process improvements, and lead a high-performing team to strengthen controls and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of related, hands-on experience
- Demonstrable interest and awareness in the potential of artificial intelligence (AI)
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Evidence of leading successful optimization / re-engineering of operational processes through data-driven, analytical approaches.
