Job Description
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Financial Data Reconciliation & Automation Analyst to join BNY's Reconciliation Platform. In this role, you'll make an impact by ensuring data integrity, partnering with Operations and Technology to deliver automation, insights, and process improvements, and leading a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related, hands-on experience
- Demonstrable interest and awareness in the potential of artificial intelligence (AI)
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex transaction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Evidence of leading successful optimization / re-engineering of operational processes through data-driven, analytical approaches.
