Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our Enterprise Transformation Office team. As a servant leader and mentor, you will support and evangelize best practices for Agile and ways of working, facilitating training and workshops at lines of business and enterprise level.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 10-12 years of experience providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management
- Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, coaching and mentoring approaches, effective facilitation and teaching methods, and conflict resolution
