Job Description
BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join its Agile Delivery Practice team. The role involves helping teams adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 10-12 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required
- Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, coaching and mentoring approaches, conflict resolution, and effective facilitation and teaching methods
- Experience successfully running Agile projects of varying size and complexity
