Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President to join our Depositary Funds Oversight team with a focus on funds’ NAV reviews for traditional funds. This role is located in Luxembourg and involves managing a team, ensuring timely and accurate reviews, and providing guidance and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Depositary, Fund Administrator, Management Company/AIFM or an Audit Firm
- Previous experience as a people manager
- Experience in performing NAV reviews for UCITS and AIFs
- Fluent English skills (verbally and written)
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of CSSF Circulars: 16/644, 18/697, and 24/856
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Good knowledge of the ManCo/AIFM and its delegates' roles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Process Improvement experiences/ LEAN skills e.g. to design/establish new detailed processes, documentation skills, e.g. procedures/manual
