Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production or operations, as well as leading teams.
- Experience in the food industry.
- Ability to manage and lead work teams, take decisions, be result-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, adapt to complex industrial environments, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
