Lead Person responsible for running a specific area of production in an efficient and safe manner, understanding product rotation, and communicating with operators. Assists with reporting problems and training employees.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds with assistance
- Fork-lift/tow motor experience
- Experience with Oracle systems preferred
