Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within Fund Services, asset management, financial services, or adjacent regulated environments.
- Track record of consistently delivering revenue targets, including personal quota ownership.
- Experience selling SaaS and or technology-enabled services to senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience leading or coaching a small sales team in a player-coach capacity.
- Understanding of governance, reporting, and regulatory considerations within fund structures.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance personal selling and team leadership.
- Executive presence and credibility with senior investment and governance stakeholders.
- Structured, disciplined approach to sales execution and forecasting.
- Ability to coach others effectively and raise performance standards.
- Comfortable operating in complex, long-cycle sales environments.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to influence across functions.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment.
