Job Description
The HR Specialist will support the HR Manager in administering and supporting employee benefits programs, human resources policies and procedures, and government compliance. The candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently with a strong desire to learn more and grow within the Human Resources field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum three years of human resources and pension administration experience
- Proven proficiency in the use of ADP or similar Human Resources Information System
- Ability to effectively communicate through written and spoken means
- Ability to effectively analyze and present human resource data in Excel and use other Microsoft products
- Proven project management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to work independently
