Job Description
Board is looking for a GenAI Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary GenAI Product team. The successful candidate will develop Board AI Agents, working on the entire product lifecycle. The team fosters a hybrid working schedule and a balance of collaboration and productivity.
Requirements
- Solid experience in software architecture and engineering
- In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering best practices, techniques, and evaluation frameworks
- Proven experience with the implementation of GenAI systems and with agentic AI configuration, testing, and evaluation
- System integration skills, particularly in LLM integrations (experience with Azure is a plus)
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product management, solutions teams, UX, and engineering
- Passion for cutting-edge technologies, with the ability to balance innovation and legacy system integration
