Renewal Manager

At Board, we power financial and operational planning solutions for the world's best brands. We're seeking a commercially driven Renewal Manager to own and execute the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of medium-to-high complexity customer accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS renewals, account management, commercial roles, or procurement within a subscription-based business
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with experience managing pricing, contracts, and multi-year agreements
• Proven ability to manage complex renewals involving multiple stakeholders and mitigate churn or downsell risks
