Join Salsify as a Renewal Manager and drive customer retention and growth for an assigned portfolio of customers in our Mid-Market segment.
Requirements
- Executes on all phases of the renewal process
- Identifies customer requirements, uncovers roadblocks, and executes renewal strategies to retain customers and increase ARR
- Actively participates in the development and execution of cross-functional churn risk mitigation strategies
