Job Description
At Board, we power financial and operational planning solutions for the world’s best brands. We're looking for a RFx Proposal Manager to lead the development of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and to partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Finance, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to coordinate complex proposal responses, develop compelling messaging, and ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and aligned with deal strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in proposal management within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology environments
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise RFP responses
- Strong ability to translate technical and financial concepts into clear business messaging
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with proposal automation platforms or AI-assisted content tools
- Exceptional written communication and organizational skills
