Job Description
Board International is seeking a RFx Proposal Manager to lead the development of high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and security/compliance questionnaires. The ideal candidate combines strong proposal management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, while leveraging AI-enabled tools and proposal automation technologies to improve proposal efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in proposal management within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology environments
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise RFP responses
- Strong ability to translate technical and financial concepts into clear business messaging
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with proposal automation platforms or AI-assisted content tools
- Exceptional written communication and organizational skills
