Job Description
Develop and lead customer experience frameworks to ensure high-quality service delivery and business targets are met. Identify, control and escalate potential risks, manage costs, and build relationships to create buy-in. Lead client experience operations, resolve customer dissatisfaction, and analyze feedback to improve customer service.

- Create own development plan and review plan with team leader or manager
