We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Sundsvall, responsible for managing properties and creating high tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education in property management, construction, or economics
• Several years of experience in commercial management with customer responsibility, preferably in school properties
• Experience of budget and result responsibility, as well as good negotiation skills
• Good understanding of tenancy law and the Public Procurement Act
• Experience of renovation projects and tenant adjustments
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Good experience with various property management systems and Microsoft Office
• A B driver's license is required
