Nordiqus is a leading private provider of education infrastructure with 618 properties in the Nordics. We are looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee the management of properties within a specific region, including result and budget responsibility, tenant dialogue, and agreement responsibility. The successful candidate will have a relevant post-secondary education, several years of experience in commercial management, and good negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education in property management, construction, or economy
• Several years of experience in commercial management with customer responsibility, preferably in school properties
• Experience of budget and result responsibility, and good negotiation skills
• Good understanding of tenancy law and the Public Procurement Act
• Experience of renovation projects and tenant adjustments
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Good knowledge of varying property systems and Microsoft Office
• A B driving license is a requirement
