Job Description

Requirements
- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
- Interior and exterior garbage pick-up
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
- Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
