Preventative Maintenance Associate
3-5 years of maintenance experience, 5th Class Power Engineering, strong knowledge of tools, parts, building maintenance and operations, strong knowledge of Boardwalk applications
Recovery & Tribunal Affairs Administrator
2 years experience in Quebec tenancy legislation, Diploma of College Studies in administration, legal studies, or a related field, Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
COMPS - Technical Business Analyst
Strong business analysis fundamentals, hands-on experience working with technical delivery teams, and practical proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Journeyman Plumber
Valid Journeyman Plumbing Certificate, 3 years residential / commercial experience, Hydronic heating experience
Building Maintenance / Handyman
2 years of maintenance service experience, 3 years of renovation experience (asset), valid driver's license, and own reliable vehicle required
Small Capital Projects Associate
Construction / carpentry background, experience in drywall, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, and minor electrical
