Job Description
Boardwalk is seeking a results-driven Technical Business Analyst to support IT initiatives across the organization, with a strong emphasis on digital, web, and Microsoft 365âbased solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong business analysis fundamentals, hands-on experience working with technical delivery teams, and practical proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology and digital initiatives.
- Strong experience working with Agile delivery teams, including backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solid understanding of web platforms, digital experiences, and contentâdriven solutions.
- Handsâon familiarity with Microsoft 365, including PowerApps, SharePoint, Planner, and Copilot.
- Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across Marketing, IT, and Operations.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
