Maintenance Associate

Boardwalk provides Canadians with a quality, comfortable, home living experience. We are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies.

Requirements

• Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance
• Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards
• General common area and building maintenance
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team
• Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
• Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards
• Assist with snow removal
• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
