Job Description

As a Recovery & Tribunal Affairs Administrator, you will investigate and adjust resident accounts, process move-outs, and communicate with residents to address concerns.
Requirements
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in administration, legal studies, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in Quebec tenancy legislation, including the Civil Code of Quebec and processes before the Tribunal administratif du logement
- Legal experience, an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on conflict resolution and negotiation
