Associate General Counsel

We are seeking an Associate General Counsel to join the Legal team at Bob's Discount Furniture. The role will provide practical, business-focused legal guidance across the organization and support a wide range of legal matters, including employment, contracts, compliance, privacy, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• 5-8 years of legal experience (in-house or top-tier law firm)
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment, contract, corporate, and privacy law
• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and managing complex litigation
• Excellent communication, judgment, and business partnership skills
