Job Description
The Customer Pick-Up Clerk will greet and assist customers with pick-ups from the Distribution Center and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Process Fed Ex orders for shipment and scan delivery documents.
- Pick customer orders as needed.
- Maintain organized filing system and clean work area
- Complete scans within a provided timeline.
- Record daily progress and communicate with managers.
- Report known inaccuracies to leadership for correction
- Retrieve and forward copies of delivery manifest to Bob’s personnel upon request
