IT SAP Analyst Intern - Business Solutions

This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise SAP systems and the opportunity to work alongside experienced technical and business professionals. The Intern will be part of a team focusing on business and solution design and will be involved in various activities to help gain important knowledge and experience of SAP end-to-end projects.

Requirements

• Partner with the SAP core team to support the execution of business processes across multiple functional areas
• Assist with process improvements and system design enhancements to improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, job instructions, and technical documentation
• Support the creation and enhancement of training materials and knowledge documentation
• Assist functional and technical leads with special projects and development of functional specifications
• Monitor and track IT support requests, analyze defects, and help identify potential solutions
• Create and manage work plans, ensuring project tasks and action items are completed on time
• Perform general SAP administrative activities and assist with troubleshooting production issues
• Develop ad-hoc reports using SAP tools and Microsoft Excel to support business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system improvements and business initiatives
