Job Description
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for real-time opening, inspections, disposition, and re-wrapping of merchandise, reporting issues, and supporting the QC Inspection Lead or QC Manager. The role also involves communicating with Returns/QC Lead and other staff, recognizing trends, and taking digital photos.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
- General knowledge of warehouse/distribution center operations
- Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
- Working knowledge of Windows Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trends and patterns in product damages and location of damages
