Job Description
Bobrick is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production of customized products in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a made-to-order manufacturing environment, balancing changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferable in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering)
- Familiarity with machinery and general production equipment
- 3+ years of working in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience; mentoring, coaching and developing a team
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret business publications, professional journals, technical documentation, and applicable regulations
