Job Description
Manufacturing Supervisor at Graphic Packaging International in Monroe, LA. Provide leadership to Production and support shift teams. Responsible for safety, product quality, production efficiency, equipment condition, and housekeeping.
Requirements
- High School Education
- B.A. or B.S. from nationally accredited college in technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.) preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred, preferably within the Folding Carton industry
- Strong communication skills, leadership skills-relationship building, and group facilitation skills required
- Computer skills required
