Job Description
As a Global Services Customer Facing Excellence Platform Manager, you will provide services to different countries for CFE related activities, ensuring data quality and collaborating with internal teams and Business Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics or a Data related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience and strong understanding in data operations, data management, or related analytical roles.
- Experience with Salesforce based platforms and systems.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance principles.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency level in office suite specially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency level in Salesforce based tools.
- Data visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau,...) is a plus.
