Job Description
The position requires a Master's degree in a scientific discipline with long-term direct industry experience. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellence in BIAH products, processes, and test methods throughout the product and process lifecycle.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological sciences preferred) with longterm direct industry experience
- Strong scientific analytical knowledge and technical leadership skills
- Good management skills to build and work across a global network to achieve results
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting analytical assay problems and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues related to active ingredients or finished products
- Fluency in English required – additional language skills are an asset
- Willingness to travel internationally (~10%]
- Demonstrated leadership and influence through communications and ability to perform in a diverse environment within and across organizations
