Senior Scientist MSAT Pharma Analytics (m/w/d)

As the central scientific contact person for MSAT and the leadership of Global Supply Animal Health (AH), you play a key role in ensuring excellence for BIAH products and their manufacturing processes as well as their test methods throughout the entire product and process lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a natural sciences field (preferably pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, or biology)
• Many years of direct industry experience
• Additional qualification in the field of economics (supply chain, economics) is an advantage
• Solid analytical knowledge and technical leadership abilities
• Good management abilities to achieve results in a global network
• Comprehensive experience in troubleshooting analytical tests and analyzing causes of production problems related to active substances or finished products
• Ability to design and conduct studies that generate data to identify problems and provide solutions for operations or production sites
• Demonstrated leadership and influence abilities through communication and the ability to work in a diverse environment within and between organizations
• Fluent English skills required; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%)
