Flightline Operations Manager

The Boeing Company is seeking a Flightline Operations Manager to lead teams in daily operational production system processes and provide technical oversight in the planning and execution of aircraft delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
• Willingness to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
• Possess an A&P or Repairman Certificate or minimum 18 months of practical, hands-on maintenance experience
• Leadership experience or completion of the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership"
• Proficiency in Velocity/CMES or similar industry software
