Job Description
The Boeing Company is seeking a Flightline Operations Manager to support the 737/787 Preflight and Delivery (PF&D) program in Everett Washington. The successful candidate will lead teams in daily operational production system processes and provide technical oversight in the planning and execution of aircraft delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
- Possess an A&P or Repairman Certificate or minimum 18 months of practical, hands-on maintenance experience to qualify for an FAA Repairman Certificate in the type of maintenance to be performed
- Willingness to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
