Software Engineering Manager

Software Engineering Manager responsible for software engineering activities across multiple programs and contracts within the E-7 portfolio. The selected individual will provide leadership across the International portfolio.

Requirements

• Leads software development activities across the International E-7 Portfolio
• Champions technical excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing across teams and programs
• Deploys Boeing Engineering Initiatives and best practices, as appropriate, for improved quality and efficiency
• Collaborates with customer engineering counterparts to align development roadmaps and identify/manage cross-program dependencies
• Oversees multiple software development teams working across multiple contracts and programs in the international portfolio
• Represents software development activities at change control boards, other formal, and informal collaborative meetings
• Leads CDRLs, metrics, change boards, workflow and associated agile development
