The role involves managing employees, developing and executing project and process plans, and providing oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
• 5+ years of experience with the software development life cycle
• 2+ years of experience working in aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech industry
