Supply Base Management Manager

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Supply Base Management Manager to join our Supply Chain Stability team in Everett, Washington. This role will lead a Work Movement Category team and require creativity, problem solving, strong leadership, risk management, project management and collaboration.

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
• Acquires resources for projects and processes leads process improvements
• Maintains effectiveness and adjusts easily when experiencing changes in work task, processes, priorities, and/or requirements
• Thinking critically to develop and navigate solutions to a broad spectrum of complexities
• Collaborate, integrate, and influence cross functionally
• Prepare and deliver presentations to support supply chain leadership decisions, strategies, and oversight
• Assess and synthesize large amounts of data to proactively address risks, issues, and opportunities
• Create, implement, and enhance standard tools, systems, and processes
• Support broader BCA teams with training, coaching, guidance on navigating work movements
