The Boeing Company is looking for a Supply Base Management Specialist to join their 737 Program Integration Team in Everett, Washington. The ideal candidate will develop positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders, and have the ability to gain rapport and engage with internal and external executives.
Requirements
- Acts as Liaison to Fabrication MBUs team to communicate and advocate for Program needs and initiatives and communicates on behalf of leadership
- Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key performance indicators
- Supports the coordination and analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to ensure alignment between Fabrication and Program priorities
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- Researches and evaluates organizational issues, identify options and recommend solutions
- Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
- Identifies risk and opportunity and develops mitigation planning
- Creates and manages databases, share points, and web reports
- Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance
- Ensures follow-up action for issue resolution
- Meets with leadership to gain approval and share project status
- Lead Root Cause/Corrective Action initiatives to improve systemic issues
- Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
