Supply Base Management Specialist

The Boeing Company is looking for a Supply Base Management Specialist to join the 737 Program Integration Team in Everett, Washington. The candidate will develop positive relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, and have the ability to gain rapport and engage with internal and external executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
• 8+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, in both a one-on-one basis and in group settings
• 8+ years of experience performing in change management, program management, or similar roles
• 8+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional way
