You’ll have the autonomy to manage every phase of land development projects that define Central PA's growth, leading talented teams, cultivating lasting client partnerships, and driving outcomes that reflect your expertise and vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software
• PE license preferred
