Job Description
Lead the next generation of survey excellence across the Gaithersburg, MD area. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality across every phase of the survey process, while mentoring others, managing client relationships, and driving technical and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in land surveying
- LS preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
