Lead the next generation of survey excellence across the Northern Virginia area (NOVA / DMV). Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality across every phase of the survey process, while mentoring others, managing client relationships, and driving technical and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience in land surveying
• LS preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
