Job Description
Lead implementation of reliability concepts, develop asset strategies, and work with external consultants and contractors. Monitor performance and manage implementation of common reliability metrics. Provide training and mentoring to personnel.
Requirements
- College degree in engineering, reliability or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree a plus
- Minimum of five (5) years of mechanical maintenance experience
- Prefer at least ten (10) years of experience in related job function
- Demonstrated and proven success in a Maintenance Department supervisory, leadership role
- Comprehend mechanical, electrical and reliability systems in a manufacturing environment
